Objectives: 1) Fellows review their nonprofit’s materials and research the local nonprofit landscape specific to their organization’s focus (i.e. early childhood education) 2) Nonprofits onboard to Givebutter

Marketing and Fundraising Strategy Development

Objectives: 1) Nonprofits and fellows outline goals for the fundraiser  2) Fellows support nonprofits in onboarding to Givebutter 3) Develop fundraising strategy and messaging around the campaign

Content Development

Objective: Fellows develop digital marketing and fundraising content ahead of Black Philanthropy Month

Week 8-9

Campaign Launches / Black Philanthropy Month Begins

Objective: Campaign launches and nonprofit begins deploying social media and emails

Week 10
8/15/22 – 8/19/22
Fellow Off-Boarding / Campaign Continues

Objective: Fellows will ensure nonprofits have everything needed to continue running the fundraising campaign through August

As Black Philanthropy Month nears conclusion, one of our sponsors will donate to the top fundraising campaigns and IMFF will honor the fellows who supported those campaigns
